Qualifications & Training
The training behind the practice — and why it matters

I believe the best practitioners never stop learning — and I’ve been a student of both life and formal study for as long as I can remember.
What you’ll find here is a combination of holistic training, business qualifications, and two decades of real-world experience working with people through some of their most vulnerable moments. I share this not as a credentials list, but because I think it’s important you know who you’re trusting with your story.
If you’d like to know more about how I work, or you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to hear from you

Business & Leadership Qualifications
Before I followed the pull toward counselling and holistic practice, I spent nearly two decades in business — wearing every hat you can imagine across management, sales, HR, accounts, operations, and creative work.
That background isn’t separate from what I do now. It means I understand the pressures people carry in their professional lives. I know what it feels like when the job demands more than you think you have to give, when you’re managing people and problems while trying to hold yourself together, when the stress starts showing up in your body.

A Note on Experience
Qualifications tell part of the story — but not all of it.
Long before I had letters after my name, I was doing this work in other ways. In retail environments where customers came to me with deeply personal challenges — relationship struggles, health concerns, questions about intimacy and identity. In business settings where I helped teams navigate conflict, supported colleagues through difficult seasons, and learned that the best solutions come from truly listening.
I’ve sat with people in grief, in confusion, in quiet desperation, and in the tentative hope that something could shift. I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t require a label — it requires space, honesty, and someone willing to walk alongside you.
That’s what I bring to every session.
